Trough our online bookingsystem you know with a few clicks of the mouse if the room(s) you want is available and what is the total price with breakfast.

If the room is available you can book it at once.
If you want to book a room for today, it might be too late to do it trough the bookingsystem. Then it is wise to contact us over the telephone.

when to book

As we are planning to move abroad later this year, bookings can no longer be accepted as long in advance as we used to. Bookings are open now from the 2th month before the month in wich your stay would start.
If you want to inquire longer in advance if a booking is possible, you can call us or sent us an e-mail.
Bookings for a single night on a friday- or saturdaynight will only be accepted from 10 days in deposit.
You can book online till noon on the day of arrival. For last minute bookings, on the day of your arrival, it is best to make an inquiry by telephone (+32 3 234.12.10).

deposit
If you didn't stay with us before you will be asked to pay a deposit upon your booking. This deposit is equal to the amount of the first night stay.
The deposit can be payed trough the paypal system. Having or making a paypal account is not nescessary.
If the payment is not made within an half hour after making the booking, the booking will be cancelled and you will be sent a mail explaining this cancellation!

Our 'standard' checkin times are between 16 and 22 hours.
If you book a room you can count to be able to arrive within those hours. It is however easy for us if we have a rough time estimation before.
If you ask us before, it is mostly not a problem to check in at other times too. Ask us as soon as possible so that we can arrange our other things.

Unexpected things can happen, and it can occur that you have to cancel a booking.
If you cancel within 50 days after you made your booking, and until 2 weeks before your arrival date, the deposit will be refunded completely.
Until 2 weeks before your stay, but if your booking was made longer than 50 days, 2 € administration fee will have to be charged.

If you cancel during the last 2 weeks before your stay, additionaly to the administration costs following cancelation costs may be charged:

• until 1 week before your stay: 20% of the deposit
• until 4 days before your stay: 30% of the deposit
• until 2 days before your stay: 40% of the deposit
• later: 70% of the deposit

Is booking nescessary?
Booking before is not realy nescessary, but best.
If we do not expect guests to arrive we do not always stay at home, so you might find yourself in front of a closed door.

Is paying online secure?
We, and guestroombooking.com, take al precautions to keep transactions secure.
All booking details and payment transactions are made over secure connections.
Payments trough paypal also use secure connections.
The exchange of payment details between the two systems is secured as well. Moreover your creditcard details will ONLY be processed by paypal and will not even be transfered to us or other partys.

Can I make bookings by telephone
You can check out the availability by phone, though the information you will get then is the same as you can find here online.
Normaly we will NOT take bookings by telephone. The number of people that made bookings like that in the past and did not show up is too high.

I dont have a creditcard. How can I book?
If you book long in deposit you can transfer the deposit to our bank account. Contact us in such case. Please note that international transfers take some time and may cost extra when made from outside the euro-zone.

Can I pay the rest of the stay also by card?
Creditcard payments can only be accepted trough paypal, and we use this only for deposit payments.
The remaining cost of your stay should be payed cash upon arrival.
If you want to pay this from your credit card it is possible, but in such case we will charge you the paypal commission (around 3%).
